Janet Jackson featured in Truth, a Documentary about the lives, struggles and successes of Transgender people around the world

Janet Jackson has just signed on as the executive producer of a feature documentary on the Transgender community. Entitled "Truth" the Janet Jackson Transgender documentarywill cover the lives of transgender people in various parts of the world.

The Janet Jackson Transgender documentary "Truth" is the brainchild of New York-based Brainchild Films. In a recent press release, Brainchild announced Janet Jackson's involvement in the breakthough [Transgender documentary "Truth" stating Jackson would be filling both on and off camera rolls.
When asked about her roll in the Transgender documentary, "Truth" Janet stated that she became involved with "Truth" because she very much wants to end the worldwide discrimination against the Transgender community.

Directed by Robert Jason, who also directed "Style Exposed: Born Male, Living Female"a 2011 Style Network documentary on four Transgender New Yorkers, "Truth" will expand on Robert Jason's previous project and feature the lives of Transgender people throughout North America, Europe, Australia and Latin America.

"Truth" will begins production this summer. The focus of the documentary will be on the lives and struggles of people in the Transgender communities around the world and how various cultures treat those who are born in the wrong body.
