Hello everyone! This is Jace again. I am writing this article to say how thankful I am. I am thankful to CKLife, my friends, my family, those who loved me, and those who hated me. Let's begin.
I am thankful to CKLife (Community Kinship Life) I was able to get the medical care that I need. They helped save my life by giving me the social support, medical support, and other support that I have needed for a long time. I have been with CKLife for a little over a month now, and they feel like my family. Through CKLife, I have met some of the most amazing people, and most amazing friends I have ever met in my life. They have a benefit coming up on the 28th, in which you can buy tickets. At the benefit there will be silent auctions, performances, raffles and so much more. The money goes to help those in CKLife, to help improve their lives. Please donate to CKlife and please go to the benefit! The benefit is going to be amazing! You can buy your tickets here: http://cklife.org/Upcoming-Events.php for 15 dollars, or at the door for 20 dollars. I highly encourage everyone to go!!
I am grateful to my friends. I am grateful to them, because without the support of my friends, I wouldn't be where I am today. My friends were there for me when I was in a very bad place emotionally and physically, and without the love, care, kindness, and patience of my friends, I probably wouldn't be alive today, and I most certainly wouldn't have the self-confidence I have today. My friends helped me, and it is through the love of my friends that I learned to love myself. I will always be grateful to them and treat them how I would like to be greated, because every human deserves to be treated with love, kindness, and respect. Respect is a must.
I am grateful to my family. Yes, I just said that, you heard right. My sister is my best friend, my ultimate supporter, and the one who has been there for me through the good, the terrible, and the downright ugly. She loved me even when I didn't love myself and it is through her love and kindness that I have a place to call home. My sister and I are best friends and here where we live now, we form a family of two. She cooks and I clean the dishes, and when I attempt to cook (through admittedly the food is terrible), she cleans. We are best friends and each others number one support system. Without her in my life, there are moments in my past when I would not have had the courage or strength to carry on.
I am grateful to all those who loved me, and all of those who hated me. I am grateful to those who loved me, because it was through their love that I learned to love myself. I am grateful to those who hated me, because it was through their hatred that I learned how to stand up on my own two feet. I learned how to fight, how to win, and how to stand my ground, no matter what anyone said or did to me. I am grateful for the lessons I learned in life.
I hope you all have an amazing and blessed day.
